Dreamo Programmes Explained
What Dreamo programmes do, when to use them, and how to evaluate whether they help.
What a Dreamo programme is
Dreamo programmes combine DreamLink's sensing with timed sound, light, and comfort adjustments. Each programme is tuned for a specific objective such as faster sleep onset, more stable continuity, or gentler wake timing.
How to choose one
- Use a calm baseline programme if you are just starting and want clean comparison data
- Use onset-focused modes if your main issue is taking too long to fall asleep
- Use continuity-focused modes if your reports show repeated night interruptions
How to test properly
Keep the same programme for at least three nights before changing it. That gives DreamLink enough data to compare your baseline against the intervention rather than reacting to noise.
