How to export your DreamLink data, what is included, and how privacy controls work.
What export includes
Exports generally include nightly summaries, timestamps, trend metrics, and the fields shown in the app for the selected time range. Raw sensor streams may be handled separately depending on your product tier and permissions.
How to export
- 01Open Settings in the DreamLink app.
- 02Go to Data and Privacy.
- 03Choose Export Data and select your date range.
- 04Wait for the app to prepare the file or send a secure export link.
Privacy controls
- You can review retained account data in the app
- You can request deletion through the app or support
- Sensitive account actions may require account re-verification
