These Terms of Sale govern orders placed through DreamLink channels operated by Tidefast Limited.

1. Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization and issuance of order confirmation. Tidefast Limited may decline or cancel orders for legal, stock, fraud, or operational reasons.

2. Market Pricing

Pricing is market-specific and displayed in local settlement currency: USD (US), CAD (Canada), HKD (Hong Kong), and SGD (Singapore). Taxes, import charges, and handling fees are disclosed at checkout when applicable.

3. Fulfillment and Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers according to the shipping terms shown at checkout and applicable law in the destination market.

4. No Auto-Renew Billing

DreamLink website purchases do not include subscription or auto-renew billing.
