Quick Start Guide

Set up DreamLink from box to first sleep session in under ten minutes.

Before you begin

Place DreamLink on a stable mattress with the sensor side facing up. Keep the power adapter, your phone, and a reliable Wi-Fi network nearby so activation is uninterrupted.

If you plan to use the app on the first night, update your phone OS and enable Bluetooth before you start. That removes the two most common setup delays.

  • Power adapter connected and outlet within reach
  • Phone charged to at least 30 percent
  • Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on
  • A clean pillowcase approved for DreamLink installed

Setup flow

  1. 01Unpack the pillow, adapter, and printed quick-start materials.
  2. 02Connect power and wait for the status light to settle into standby.
  3. 03Download the DreamLink app and sign in or create your account.
  4. 04Follow the in-app pairing flow and confirm region, time zone, and wake window.
  5. 05Run the short sensor check while the pillow is on a flat surface.

What success looks like

Your app should show DreamLink as connected, the room calibration should complete, and the first-night checklist should show no warnings.

If pairing stalls, restart Bluetooth on your phone first. If calibration fails, remove heavy blankets or pressure from the sensor surface and rerun the check.
