Connecting to the App

Pair DreamLink to the app, resolve common Bluetooth issues, and verify sync status.

Pairing requirements

  • Bluetooth enabled on your phone
  • DreamLink plugged in and in standby mode
  • App updated to the latest version
  • Location permission enabled if required by your mobile OS

Recommended pairing order

  1. 01Open the DreamLink app and sign in.
  2. 02Tap Add Device and select your pillow model.
  3. 03Keep the phone within one meter during discovery.
  4. 04Approve any Bluetooth or local network permissions.
  5. 05Wait for firmware and region sync checks to finish before closing the app.

If pairing fails

Force-close the app, restart Bluetooth, and unplug DreamLink for ten seconds before retrying. Most failures come from stale Bluetooth sessions rather than hardware faults.

If the pillow appears in your phone settings but not in the app, remove the saved pairing in system Bluetooth settings and start again inside the app.
