Where to check shipment progress, what each status means, and when to contact support.

Where to track

Use the tracking link in your order confirmation or shipping email first. It will be more current than a manual status request to support in most cases.

Common statuses

  • Label created: the parcel is planned but may not be in the carrier network yet
  • In transit: the carrier has accepted and is moving the parcel
  • Out for delivery: final-mile handoff is in progress
  • Exception or held: the carrier needs more time, address confirmation, or customs clearance

When to contact support

Contact support if the tracking page has not updated for several business days, if the parcel shows delivered but was not received, or if the delivery address needs urgent correction before the final handoff.
